16. Send Feedback (Bugs or Feature Requests)

Use the feedback banner to report issues or request new features from the service provider portal.

16.1 Send feedback

  1. Open any page in the service provider portal.
  2. Look for the Help us improve FullStride banner under the navigation.
  3. Select Send feedback.
  4. Choose Bug or Feature request.
  5. Add a short summary and any helpful details.
  6. Select Submit and confirm the success message.
