15. Creating an Event

This guide covers creating and publishing events that clients can book from your public profile.

15.1 Before you begin

  • Sign in with a practice-admin account.
  • Create at least one service or ticket option.
  • Optional: prepare payment terms and a form template.

15.2 Create the event

  1. Open Events from the left sidebar.
  2. Select New event.
  3. Enter the core details:
  4. Event name
  5. Status
  6. Description
  7. Location (required)
  8. Save the event to continue.

15.3 Add schedule options

  1. Open the Schedule section.
  2. Add one or more schedule entries:
  3. Add a date and start/end time.
  4. Use the combined option if the event runs across multiple days as one booking.
  5. Use separate date/time entries when each time slot is its own booking option.

15.4 Add booking options

  1. Open Booking options.
  2. Add ticket options with:
  3. Name
  4. Price
  5. Optional duration (minutes)
  6. Description shown to clients

15.5 Add terms and forms

  1. Select payment terms from the dropdown.
  2. Select a form template if clients must sign before booking.

15.6 Publish the event

  • Set the event to Active when you are ready for clients to book.
  • Requests will appear in Bookings for approval.
