13. Service Provider Onboarding Workflow

This guide reflects the current provider onboarding and first-login workflow.

13.1 Entry path

  1. Provider signs in at /provider-portal/signin.
  2. If legal acceptance is missing, they are redirected to /provider-portal/onboarding.
  3. Onboarding requires acceptance of:
  4. Terms and Conditions
  5. Privacy Policy
  6. After acceptance, provider is redirected to /provider-portal/business-profile.

13.2 First setup after onboarding

All provider tiers are taken to Business Profile setup and can complete: - Business logo - Business details (name, overview, address) - Contact details (email, phone, website) - Social media links

13.4 Notes

  • Tier 0 providers can still fully set up and edit their business profile.
  • Tier 0 providers are not auto-included in the public directory.
  • The provider mobile/portal navigation uses these tier rules for visibility of Team and Forms.

  • Add services from /provider-portal/services.
  • Add team members from /provider-portal/staff (tiers 1+).
  • Add forms from /provider-portal/waivers (tiers 1+).
  • Review calendar and bookings from /provider-portal/calendar and /provider-portal/appointments.
