6. Horse Profiles and Timeline (Mobile)

This guide shows how to add a horse, complete its profile, and record timeline events in the Fullstride client portal.

6.1 Add your first horse

  1. Log in to the client portal at https://www.fullstride.app/clients.
  2. Select My Horses in the portal navigation.
  3. Select Add a horse to open the quick add form.
  4. Enter the horse Name (required).
  5. Add Breed if you know it.
  6. Add Date of birth if you know it. If you do not, enter an estimated Age instead.
  7. If you have a photo, use Profile photo to upload it.
  8. Select Add horse and wait for the “Horse added.” message.

6.2 Complete a horse profile

  1. From My Horses, find the horse you just added.
  2. Select View profile to open the horse profile page.
  3. Select Edit profile.
  4. Update the details you need, such as name, breed, date of birth or age, type of riding, education level, and behavioural notes.
  5. Add any optional identifiers like PIC number, microchip number, or EA registration details if you have them.
  6. If relevant, add property name and property address to help your provider with visit details.
  7. Select Save changes and wait for the save to finish.

6.3 Add to the timeline

  1. On the horse profile page, scroll to the Timeline section.
  2. Select Add to Timeline.
  3. In Event type, choose the event category that matches what you are recording.
  4. If you select Custom, enter an Event name.
  5. Choose the Date of the event.
  6. Add Notes if you want to include extra detail.
  7. To create a recurring schedule from this event, tick Create recurring schedule?, then enter a Reminder interval and choose a Unit.
  8. If you have supporting files, use Attachment to upload a PDF or JPEG.
  9. Select Add event and wait for the “Timeline event added.” confirmation.
  10. Check the new event appears at the top of the timeline list.
