6. Horse Profiles and Timeline (Mobile)
This guide shows how to add a horse, complete its profile, and record timeline events in the Fullstride client portal.
6.1 Add your first horse
- Log in to the client portal at https://www.fullstride.app/clients.
- Select My Horses in the portal navigation.
- Select Add a horse to open the quick add form.
- Enter the horse Name (required).
- Add Breed if you know it.
- Add Date of birth if you know it. If you do not, enter an estimated Age instead.
- If you have a photo, use Profile photo to upload it.
- Select Add horse and wait for the “Horse added.” message.
6.2 Complete a horse profile
- From My Horses, find the horse you just added.
- Select View profile to open the horse profile page.
- Select Edit profile.
- Update the details you need, such as name, breed, date of birth or age, type of riding, education level, and behavioural notes.
- Add any optional identifiers like PIC number, microchip number, or EA registration details if you have them.
- If relevant, add property name and property address to help your provider with visit details.
- Select Save changes and wait for the save to finish.
6.3 Add to the timeline
- On the horse profile page, scroll to the Timeline section.
- Select Add to Timeline.
- In Event type, choose the event category that matches what you are recording.
- If you select Custom, enter an Event name.
- Choose the Date of the event.
- Add Notes if you want to include extra detail.
- To create a recurring schedule from this event, tick Create recurring schedule?, then enter a Reminder interval and choose a Unit.
- If you have supporting files, use Attachment to upload a PDF or JPEG.
- Select Add event and wait for the “Timeline event added.” confirmation.
- Check the new event appears at the top of the timeline list.
