Service Provider Profile Management
This guide covers the core steps a service provider uses to manage their public profile and business details.
Before you begin
- Sign in with a
practice-adminaccount. - Confirm your practice timezone in Settings to keep schedule times accurate.
Update your profile
- Open
/business/dashboard. - Go to Settings and select Business profile.
- Update your business name, contact email, phone, and address.
- Add a logo or profile image if available.
- Select the payment types you accept (card, bank transfer, cash, etc).
- Save changes.
Publish your public profile
- Open
/business/events. - Create at least one active event so the profile has bookable offerings.
- Use the public profile link shown in the profile area to share with clients.
Assign service providers
When creating or editing events, use the Assigned service provider field so bookings are linked to the right team member.
Tips
- Keep the business name consistent with your directory listing.
- Update contact details before sending payment links or waiver requests.
