Business Profile Setup
This guide walks a new user through setting up their business profile after signup.
Before you begin
- You must have completed practitioner signup and verified your email.
- You should be signed in with a
practice-adminaccount.
Step-by-step setup
- Sign in at
/provider/signin. - Open the business workspace at
/business/dashboard. - Go to Settings and open Business profile.
- Enter your business name and timezone (default is Australia/Sydney if not changed).
- Add your primary contact details (email, phone) so clients can reach you.
- Add your business address and any service area notes (e.g., travel radius).
- Upload a logo if you have one (optional).
- Save the profile.
