Business Profile Setup

This guide walks a new user through setting up their business profile after signup.

Before you begin

  • You must have completed practitioner signup and verified your email.
  • You should be signed in with a practice-admin account.

Step-by-step setup

  1. Sign in at /provider/signin.
  2. Open the business workspace at /business/dashboard.
  3. Go to Settings and open Business profile.
  4. Enter your business name and timezone (default is Australia/Sydney if not changed).
  5. Add your primary contact details (email, phone) so clients can reach you.
  6. Add your business address and any service area notes (e.g., travel radius).
  7. Upload a logo if you have one (optional).
  8. Save the profile.

Next steps

  • Add services (name, duration, price) from /business/products.
  • Add staff or invite practitioners from /business/staff.
  • Set availability blocks from /business/settings so bookings can be scheduled.
  • Create your first client from /business/clients.
